Acceptance of Terms
By using Roaa Farsha platform, creating an account, or making a booking, you agree to these terms, conditions, privacy policy, and any additional policies published on the platform.

Service Description & Our Role
The platform acts as a technical intermediary connecting guests and host families to organize cultural and social experiences. The platform is not a direct party in providing the experience but manages booking, payment, and documentation.

Accounts & Responsibilities
- Provide true and accurate information during registration.
- The user is responsible for protecting their login credentials.
- The platform has the right to suspend the account upon suspicion of a violation.

Cancellation & Refund
Subject to the specific policy of each individual experience. Common examples:
• 48 hours before: Full refund.
• 24 hours before: Partial refund.
• No-show: No refund.
• 24 hours before: Partial refund.
• No-show: No refund.

Conduct & Commitment
Commitment to public ethics and respect for host families' privacy. Photography without permission, bringing prohibited materials, or hostile behavior inside homes is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability
The platform is not responsible for damages resulting from user actions outside the scope of booking management. The family is responsible for executing the experience, and the guest is responsible for following instructions.
